Morning Box.
Looks like my plan to get out West today might actually work. The inbound aircraft is on its way to LGA as we speak. ^ Not sure how it happened, but I dropped from #1 on the upgrade standby list to #4. I imagine I was rebooked as a Plat on a Y fare, and being the first one checked-in, not sure what happened. Oh well, I'm not complaining, I'm getting out of dodge, which is better than most (and will arrive at SFO only 20 minutes later than originally planned). Maybe they'll up-gauge this a/c like they did last week to a 738. Around HPN things aren't too bad. I'd say there was about 4-5" of  on my car and the major roads, for the most part, were clear. I'm going to leave my office 3 hours in advance of my flight, just in case (trip is usually 20 - 30 min.). They're saying we're going to get another 3 - 4" of  before it's all done. More is . you probably got  by displaced F passengers , that would cause you to move down. Either that , or they are Shipley elite . |

When using the TravelBank, if you pay for a ticket using a combination of your funds + cash, shouldn't you receive a $5 credit to the bank?

We have one Flake left here at our house (the Cadbury kind). We found that we can buy them at the West Point Market in Akron. Let me know if anyone needs some.

Oh yummy! But, I have a question. Is it the kind that is made in Canada, or is it one made in the UK. there is a very slight difference in taste and texture, and being a Brit, of course, I am rather partial to the UK kind!!!
Not that I'm a chocolate snob, of course!! How could I be, I will admit that British cholcoate really isn't that good of a quality when compared with the Swiss and Belgian kind, but I am a true patriot when it comes to choccie!!!

Morning, Box. We have at least six inches on the ground, and it's blowing to the point that I'd have to shovel off the walk to even get to the cars. Fiancee has the day off, and I severely doubt that Cherry Hill is in the cards for me.

Much of the US Cabbury is made by Hersey. Nasty stuff. I don't think any of it's made in the UK anymore now that they've shut down the plant in Bristol and shipped operations to Poland. Heading off for a second r:rolleyes:und of 5 Guys again.? ;) |

Good Morning Box!
I officially started my consulting job yesterday. Working at the golf course where my former employer did the food service before. I will be helping train the front of the house staff there. I am getting ready for my NRT trip. Bought a seat cushion that I hope will save me on the trip over to NRT as return is in BF. Sorry to hear about those of you in snow today, one highlight for me is that while it is 25 this morning, it is suppose to reach 80 by thursday! Have a great day! |

The public pressure and PR nightmare they got from that annoucement "convinced" them to keep it open IIRC.

Nasty stuff for you guys up in the northeast. NYC schools closed. When the schools close - you know it's big. We're having difficulties here in Houston - mid 60s and all sun. Brrrr....
