Here's hoping to a better selection on your next flight (s)!

No clue what happened with the URL!

So this is a completely random post. Jess, who a good number of you met at the DO, has very strange dreams from time to time and last night was no different. She gave me permission to post it here since I think it is hilarious.

Her dream had us, the members of the Box, holding none other than LK hostage at some remote location. We forced Jess to keep feeding him soap and making demands. The demands weren't clear but LK kept replying, "NEVER! You will never get that!"...

She told me this and I started cracking up, thinking, "It has to be E+!"

CM, great game, fun afternoon. Glad you got home OK with the WX. Thanks for thinking of us.

xyzzy, the 'trapezoid rule' was originally referred to as the 'Brodeur Rule' and was put into the game to restrict Brodeur's skill at puck handling and starting offensive play from his own zone. He's just that much better than the other goalies.

Anytime, G. The majority contingent on the bus had a great time and want to do it next season in Philly. Um, yeah, sure. Philly. Lemme get right on that. Everything started turning white right about the time the bus got us home...somehow I have a feeling that I might not make my interview in Cherry Hill tomorrow.

The Brodeur Rule is much less frequently referred to as the Turco Rule in some locales as well. Marty Turco of Dallas is the only puckhandling goalie that comes close to Brodeur in terms of skill in that department.

I want to thank everyone for their expressions of sympathy. I didn't go to Israel. I would have arrived late for my grandmother's funeral. My aunt, who lives there was closest to my grandmother and told me to save my shekels and come w/ the wife and daughter in the future and visit her grave site when we do come. That way, we can stay for a longer time and enjoy ourselves outside of the visit to her grave site. My father concurred with her advice. He didn't even go. He'll go over there sometime this summer.

She was 98. She would have been 99 in April. I knew this was going to happen, as recently she was put into hospice. Her mind went first. When I visited her a couple years ago, she would have trouble w/ her short term memory. After a visit, she called my aunt and thought I was some guy from Canadia™. Thankfully, not a French Canadian. Talking to my aunt recently, when she went to visit my grandmother, she would forget my aunt coming to visit the day before... or even hours before.

I've been so depressed this weekend. :( The only thing that keeps me somewhat composed is my daughter.. and a trip to Whataburger.

Just so you know, it was done on purpose to slow you down. I did a paper on keyboard design back in college.

Yep, and wasn't it also to help prevent jamming of the metal type bars?

She's five. She has a major travel bug and keeps asking to go to various places. She's watching Lion King right now so I am expecting a question about a trip to Africa within the next two hours

She asked if she could take a flight after school tomorrow. Um, sure

I picked a heck of a day for a segment run. Although my final flight home is extensively delayed, I still expect to make it home while it's still "Sunday".

When I got Marti as a kitten, I took her out on the porch and "let" her stand in the snow for a few seconds each day over a period of a week or two. Let's just say she NEVER approached any exterior-leading door in the desire to be an outdoor cat.

Note to self, remove snow from windshield before operating car.

While driving to BNA a little before 4 a.m., I noticed one of my headlamps was out. Hope to get home tonight without being pulled over.

That's the type of severely messed up dreams I had when I was taking Rozerem. I told the doctor that we had to halt that experiment.

Taking flights on a day's notice during IRROPs? I think you need to teach the concept of fare buckets and airline pricing. This will probably make more sense to a 5 year old.
