The snow has ended in my part of central Jersey w/ less than 3 inches of snow. All around me got over 8 inches or more but I was in a narrow clear band most of the night and this morning.

nobody is flying. I am tracking all of the ASA flights out of Atlanta, and the loads are about half of what they were last week.

I dont' remember if I got them at Kohl's or Wal-Mart. They have a rubber no slip grip on the bottom, so they stay put in the seat. I think I paid about $9.00 each. Best $9.00 I ever spent.

Nah, do it right. Take her to the Turtle Inn for a long weekend...well worth the short trip from IAH and the spa is divine! Too bad they paved the strip!

So I found that I could do IAH-MEM-DTW-ORD-MEM-IAH on NW and grab a DC-9-50, 757, and a DC-9-30 in the process for the same price as CO IAH-ORD. hmmmm...

Not sure the other half would enjoy it though, especially when she spots the duct-tape.

I have not run into a duct tape repair on NW for at least 6 or 8 years.

OTOH, UA is another story completely. The CO flyers can start getting used to that sort of stuff on those code shares to be.

Morning box. Random uninteresting drivel from me:

I flew on a 733 yesterday with IFE, so apparently there is at least one of them floating around. Assuming a film starring Greg Kinnear as a car engineer is IFE.

A PC bartender tried to pour premium wine into the comp glasses. She also tried to charge us the full prices even though we were using the Prez Plus card. I think PCs could use a little training in this dept. :rolleyes:

I have flown on those as well, I saw them mostly on IAH to Secondary california markets. SJC, ONT, etc.

I've only seen duct tape on UA, but I've not flown on NW in a while.
