I think I need to come to CLE sooner rather than later. I cooked dinner for myself tonight. Toasted wheat bread sandwich with turkey and swiss and a side of Sun Chip Sweet Chili Chips. The chips are a new flavor of Sun Chips and great. Something about being in the food business and not wanting to spend a whole lot of time cooking. You non-chefs have way better food then us professional chefs.

Some of the puns in that thread are purely craptastic.

Actually, we were just talking about what we should serve for our next formal dinner party.

Maybe we should host a box dinner.

a Fancy Dress party...I love it.

I was at a VIP cooking lesson at Morton's in Atlantic City and the Executive Chef made the Morton's Signature Wedge in front of us. As it turns out, Morton's handmakes their thousand island dressing. Mayo, mustard, and chili sauce. Add that to the chopped egg, bacon, cheese, etc., and it almost makes iceberg lettuce edible.

Ours was not this good. I need to spend more time at Morton's. ;)

Some of us don't have non-stops to the hublet.

Spend too much time there and you will find yourself to be a member of the brotherhood of the shrinking pants.

The Oscars are on in the background and I think I'd rather be eating fried Friday's crap. Although no one can knock that chicken and sausage pasta.

All the more reason to visit the hublet. ^

I did a great salad for Xmas at the house so I have practice with dinner salads. Since my mom has me cook dinner when I fly in the that morning, I have practice with cooking a meal on the FLY!

Some of those other new entrees are pretty good, although I only go there when I need french onion soup.

We have opted to watch Scary Movie on the Comedy channel.

There is a lot of names that start with the letter C in the box tonight.
