Okie doke, I'm making a quick Dunkin' run then heading down. I plan on being at the restaurant around 745 unless I get foiled by the West Side Highway.

Since I haven't met most of you here's a brief description of what I look like: I'm wearing jeans (:rolleyes:) with a solid black sweater over a white collar shirt. I look like a homeless Mr. Rogers as I have giant bags under my eyes from workin' last night and it was too much effort to shave.

I've also, for your convenience, picked-up a cough that sounds like I have a walrus residing in my throat. You guys will hear me before you see me. Don't worry, I'm not contagious.

I have baglady's cell in case things go haywire. If I'm super-duper early I'll stop by the Marry-rot and try and meet up. But, I doubt that will happen.

Due to a medical procedure early tomorrow morning, I'm well into my sixth hour of a "strictly liquid" diet. I've only got a half hour before even that goes away. The basic question is should I;
A.) Continue with the beer intake of one every half hour...
B.) Switch to vodka-tonic...
3.) Just go to straight Grey Goose...
Q.) Turn off the computer and pass out...

I think we are seeing Bill Cosby in Austin this weekend (??) (does that date me??) so I can't make it... boo. But you all have fun!

Home from the Mini-DO and restraining myself mightily to keep my posts from ending up in the PWD (posting when drunk) thread.

It was a lovely dinner with about a dozen of the NY Box denizens leaning back, drinking a whole lot, eating a bit, and telling lots of stories.

This is something that needs to occur around here more frequently. Thanks to baglady for calling the dinner and everyone else for coming along and making it a really good time.

The whole way home I had an ice-cream headache trying to figure out why anyone would design a urinal to look exactly like a sink. :o
