what does the steak still being frozen have to do with using your recipe?

On the surface, nothing. But freezing meat can degrade its quality.

Hence the potential to end up with a misSTEAK™.

Just received this from the Le Meridian property at which we were planning the bulk of our honeymoon stay.

I would like to information you that we will have private Indian wedding party on 13-16 August 2009.

This will be a cause of some noisy in whole area in our resort because they are a big family together around 400 guests together.

Some restaurant will close for private function but we will have at least 1 restaurant to service for breakfast/lunch/dinner for other guests.

Firstly of all, I do recommend you to change to other period of stay if you are looking for peaceful holiday.

Because I am sure that you cannot find the peaceful holiday during above 3 days.

Incase you are unable to change the plan, we have some offer some compensate for spoil your holiday.
:rolleyes::rolleyes: :mad::mad:

Although, I must say that it was very nice of them to let us know this far in advance!

Go sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here.

I really want to stay at this property as they have some incredible ocean front villas with a private pool. I'm going to see if I can shuffle everything around and do this at the end of our trip instead. If not, I will have to select a different property. :(

It's just a pain... But, again - ^ to Le Meridian for the advanced notice.

I'd stay and crash the party. Sounds like a good time. :D

:td: :td:

We had a wedding party at our resort at the end of our honeymoon and it was pretty bad... They were loud and the service level went down the drain.

It's the Le Meridian in Khao Lak, Thailand.

On my honeymoon? No thanks. :)

Anglo Large Clawed Otter Feb 16, 2009 10:03 am

I looked at the LM Khao Lak, but they didn't offer anything above Junior Suites on points for the Honeymoon. Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket was offering 1,000 sq. ft. Lagoon Duplex Villas on points, so I jumped at that, instead. I understand that the LM is usually generous with upgrades, but am just not willing to risk it on the Honeymoon.
