A much more B:rolleyes:x-worthy use of £20...

Hmmm, I'm now Radisson Silver. My pointless comp to Radisson Gold resulted in exactly $0 of my business going to that cr@ptastic hotel chain.

Like you needed an excuse. I bet you spent more than five minutes having a debate with yourself over whether there was any realistic way to make YVR-LAS work. :D

Guilty as charged counselor. If I was gainfully employed I would have done it in a heartbeat - as is, I am darn lucky to be able to do the trip at all! Honestly, I will be happy added some more miles to my account if I can do it on the cheap. I need about 20K short of a BF reward to Asia and an excuse to use the 220000 HH points burning a hole in my pocket.

I'm no lawyer. I just have this knack for collecting law degrees without ever actually getting licensed to practice anywhere. It's an expensive habit. I should have chosen crack, instead. :D

every radisson i ever knew is closed or another chain now(hyatt or omni)

So if I want to go to BKK, must I go TPAC at the 120K reward level? Seems to be much easier to get rewards going TATL.

Omni and Loews should merge and become "that obscure hotel chain that no one actually stays at, except for Priceline refugees"

After close to 20 years in the legal industry in varying capacities, I too wish I had found crack.

Yes. Wait until the *A transition, though, so you can at least do U.S.--->AKL--->BKK with a NZ stopover. ^

Making it to Europe wouldn't be the problem.

I would go back to CVG, at least for the Chili.

I spent 3.5 hours of my life there this afternoon.

I ended up transferring my Radisson points to DL during the 150% multi-partner bonus; they were much more valuable as DL miles. When I called to cancel my account, they offered a status match based upon my Hyatt stays.

Eating mussels and fries (one of my Bouchon favorites) but now at home.

I'm getting burnt out already. Is it possible to have a mid-life-crisis before 30? :D

I'm banking on the fact that it will be so much nicer once I'm no longer having to juggle work and school simultaneously.

I may need an intern for electronic discovery work if things go as planned.
