As for rides, I expect we'll be covered from IAH, considering several of us who are staying out there will have cars.

11 hours in coach on a 764 today. It actually was not too bad, considering the 2.5 hour delay at the gate in FRA when the tug damaged the nose gear. I had a pair of seats to myself and could have stretched out across a row of three, but I was not very tired. Still made my connection, as well.

Kinda sorta seems like one of those things that you really want to get right. I like the approach of, "abundance of caution." Hope that sticks around.

That's why I'm cashing in a free rental day or two. I'd prefer not to ride from IAH to Downtown in the trunk of your Acura.

I just bought more plane tickets. Always a bit of euphoria when that happens. Going to be flying the Widget to Yankees spring training in March. I tried for CO but their flights were more expensive and worse timings. Definitely not going to pay that much extra (>$50) for 500 EQMs each way, especially when I'm paying the extra for my wife who isn't going to qualify no matter what.
