I picked the later arrival time to save some cash and do the daily tube card for GBP 8 (I think) that is valid starting at 9:30am (I think again). I'm not really sure what I'm going to do for the ~6 hours I have as I think the embassy is going to brush me off with all my luggage and my friend I was hoping to have lunch with will be out of town. If you decide to hang around let me know and we can figure out a place to meet. I've never been to LHR so it'll all be new to me.
LH already bought BMI. They own 80% of the carrier now.

With all the netbook discussions yesterday, I too recently decided to get one. I opted for the Lenovo since I could walk into Circuit City and pick it up and the 10% off coupon helped.

I also liked the fact it had the 160GB drive in it.

I like it, the keyboard is taking a bit of getting used to. Sadly I opted to get rid of the Powerbook in favor of it. I barely used the PB and the netbook was a fraction of the cost so if I lose it or it gets taken at customs, not a huge loss.

I hear CC may go Ch. 7 BK by Friday if they can't find a buyer.

Yeah, but not enough to handle the snow when it happened. The delays that day were pretty bad.
