Does Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, A Sheraton Resort upgrade plats? Yes, quite frequently. On another Vegas note. Any clue why Element would be pricing out in high 300s for early Feb? I booked PH for $80 instead (AAA rate). |

Does Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, A Sheraton Resort upgrade plats? To answer your question , yes they do . There is a master thread in the SPG forum where people reported the suites that are given out when available. I have stayed there a bunch of times and had mixed results , from Bellagio view suites , to just bigger rooms , or going from the old style room to a new upgraded room with LCD tv and the new furninture , Im not sure every room was converted from the aladdin style to PH. |
Well, my roommate just informed me that I have to be out by Friday. He has someone else moving in and I dont move into the new place until the 30th. Good thing I will be traveling this weekend and next though. This leaves me to couch surf for the next 2 weeks, or I could burn all my HHonors points and stay at the Hilton Ave of Americas:eek: naaaa. Good thing is that he is letting me put all my stuff in his room until I move.

Not sure why the element is pricing out that high. I had it booked at $130/NT on the Gov't rate, but they do not upgrade plats, so I cancelled it. I might as well stay at the PH for $89/NT and see if I get a plat upgrade.
I tried doing the search thing, came up blank 4 times. I hope I get the plat upgrade there. Will post pics either way. :) Thanks for the info all. nighty night, early flight tomorrow.... |

I never would have thought that trying to book a revenue ticket that is BF one way and Y on the way home would be more expensive than BF both ways. That's just plain creepy. (AMS, for those curious)

For example, R fares normally require a round trip purchase. If you split it, you might end up with a Z (or even J) on the BF segment that would drive the price up quite a bit. |
Sort of like one way prices vs RT and the whole sat night stay crap.
The rules are  |
Any tips on what to do with two days in Stuttgart? I just booked a long weekend there for the Significant Otter and I over Mardi Gras weekend. FWIW, STR is one of the cheapest TATL options out of IAH that allows for connections via CDG/AMS (allowing one to take the evening CO TATL flights). Also, one of the cheapest TATL options overall from IAH at the moment, along with MUC, Leipzig, and Nuremberg.

That's not always the case. It depends on the route and availability.

I think I may be behind on my    quota for this week. Let me add some more

I think I have my FM to a place I feel is respectable. It's mainly 2006 - present with a smattering of random stuff I can recall off the top of my head. I need to consult my passport, father, and various other things to try and get it complete. I'd say it's about 75% there. I look like a USAirways route map that had a Continental child from sleeping with Luftwaffe. The only things quasi-exciting on there are my vacations. Other than that it's a lot of going in circles between NY, DC, So. Fl, the Southwest and :rolleyes:ville. The fun aeroporn stuff will come when I get a better grip on my 80's and early 90's travel. A few L10-11's, DC-10's, etc. |
