There are free apps available to reset Windoze passwords. One is even a M$ app. I can't recall the name right now. You can also pay money for the same thing.

I have done a thorough cleaning of the PC and I still get random pop-up windows for IE and FireFox with advertisements. I've run Ad-Aware, it's found stuff, I've erased it, and the junk still keeps coming up. ACK!
