The fiancee's family is what one might call coffee-challenged. They got all  when I started keeping bags of Dunkin Dark in their freezer.

My fiancee's sister is a teacher, and heard from a colleague about a parent-teacher meeting in which the principle of the meeting was the pronunciation of the child's name. The child's name as written? Jay-A. You be the judge, our lines are open. This is not a joke.

I was pretty much a French fanatic until I experienced some of the Italian varieties beyond chianti in a basket. Brunello di Montalcinos are amazing - all of which are aged 5 years with at least 3 in barrel before they are released IIRC. Thus, they be a big drain on the wallet. However, Rosso di Motalcinos, the second label, are damn good themselves.

I got nothing. My friends refer to my nephews as "Dr Pepper" and "Dunkin' Donuts" since i've managed to corrupt them. "Dunkin'" will kick and scream any time you pass a DD and start demanding donuts and coffee. He's 3. :)

Needless to say, my sister is thrilled with me. :D
