We had a family in our town with the surname of Butt.

And, Honest to God, the kids names were Harry and Rosie.

The chain of grocery stores in Texas - HEB, are the initials of the owner. And the owner's name is Butt.

Ahhh yes it does pay to be patient and do a complete range of due diligence before purchasing tickets. No, not just CO tickets, but tickets to see the game of the season, Celtics v Cavs, this Friday night. Just got two tickets in 9th row of the upper deck on one of the baselines for $175 all in. woohoo!!!!

I tell ya, some people need to lay off the pipe when posting tickets for sale. I do not mind paying a premium for such a great match up, but some folks are trying to get double what I paid in the same section.

Be glad you stopped in Fort Stockton. If you're on I-10, there's not much between there and El Paso, save Van Horn. Good luck even finding gas along most of that stretch.

Ain't that the truth. After paying a nice premium for gas, we just rolled into ELP. I haven't yet had to stop in Van Horn. My grandfather related the story of a sign he saw in a store window in Van Horn: "I spent a week in Van Horn last night."

Growing up south of IAH, the running joke in junior high was that his name was Hair E. Butt. Turns out, his first name is Harold. :D

Another Glamor-Shot of NW F. Styrofoam cups, baby! I'll miss NW :D

On an unrelated note, H.E. Butt was a teetotaler. He wouldn't allow beer or other alcohol to be sold in HEB stores during his lifetime. My how things have changed. HEB now has the best selection (amongst all Houston grocery stores) of fine Belgian ales, other good beers, and many wines.

Currently at the local Ohio State fan bar watching the Fiesta Bowl. Things are starting to get rowdy.

Some folks are selling GA tix to the inauguration for $750 each. :td: That makes double what you paid for a sporting event sound cheap.

No. I think they were just out of clean glassware in Saskatoon.

I tried many, many ways to get tix. They are supposed to be free. It's disgusting to see them being sold, and for so much money!
