Cool! Do they take you around the park or just drop you off and let you explore? I highly recommend the Mist Trail. Bring a poncho. LOL

They just Tweeted this week that they're starting prescribed burns.

I have a zillion family slides that I need to convert. I bought a scanner to do it myself but it just takes too long and my ADD kicks in. I just have to sit down, go through the trays and pick out slides with people on them, I can skip all the pictures of the trees in the Adirondacks.

ETA - My 2000 box post

Yes, got it poncho and leave the beige shorts at home;)
The place I used often had discounts and you can reject up to half of them for the same price.
When I was there it wasn't controlled burns it was an out-of-control wild fire. Really limited where I planned to hike.

I'm thinking about swipping my parents collection of slides since they are certainly not young and it would make a really memorial show (hopefully much further down the road).

They have a couple of stops depending on the weather (and I'll bet the crowds).

To be honest I have decided to not care about the thousand milestone posts.

My sea-lax flight is over by one.

It was going to be like that from the beginning, it just took BRA some time to warm up.

I can relate - spending a good amount of time working on summer courses.

I have some really tedious work ahead this week. When I interview for anyone to help I ask how long they can sit and do jig-saw puzzles and base my selection on their answer:)

Congratulations to the Ivory Coast for finally getting on the board.

In relation to the World Cup and ADIDAS sponsorship. One of my friends sends me this:

ADIDAS usually stands for All Day I Dream About Sports (or Sex), take your pick. As for me, I love this part of ADIDAS, A :-:ick Is Delicious After Supper.
Yes, he is of the not-so-straight variety. I'll still keep him as a friend.
