Nice to watch Watson hit some of those bunker shots.

Good evening everyone, I have another question that I didn't think deserved me starting a thread so I figured I would ask here...

I e-mail WECARE a couple weeks ago after a canceled flight. I'd never experienced one before so I was unsure if I could ask for any compensation. I'd originally asked in LIM and they told me to contact customer service.

CO responded to me tonight and didn't offer anything other than "thanks for contacting us" and said that the corporate office was investigating the issue and I would be contacted "by mail in the near future".

Is that a blow-off? No miles were deposited into my account. Is it possible that they will mail a voucher?

I'm a newbie in the frequent flier world, so excuse the dumb question.

There's something  when 2 out of 3 items you buy have 'Age Defying' in the name.

Mickelson just hit a ball off electrical cords (no, he didn't take relief).

That was an odd decision.

yes The Nation of Draw wants it, it is #1 in all the standings, and owns every TIE breaker.

oh wait are you talking about golf? no clue golf on TV is like nascar on TV, worthless to watch.

I love golf in person, but tv http://rolleye.com/sickgreen.jpg

Phil on the next hole, as picked up by the mic:

I took a chance and it didn't work out.

My partner is flying to DTW tomorrow just for the day on DL. This morning we checked him in online for his outbound trip. It's now time we should be able to check him in for the return. However, it must be pretty retarded of me to expect DL to work like CO and allow you to check in online for the return trip when the outbound trip hasn't been flown. No such luck.

Even NW used to let you do this. DL's website sucks.

I could have told you about this. I did a JFK-FLL MR on Song a few years ago when I was targeted for a 10K bonus. I could check-in for the outbound, but could not check in for the return. I went straight to the GA who was happy to issue my BP. She had done this before to other MRers on the same itin. :td: to DL. Sad that this has been like this for years now. Thankfully, I haven't flown DL since a PHL-CVG-FLL run a couple years ago.

I've watched World Cup, NASCAR, and golf on television thus far today (even listened to one of those on the radio).

+1 Though, I must admit watching the area of Pebble Beach makes me want to go back. I love that area of CA. That's the only reason I have been checking in on the tournament. Otherwise... I agree.
