did you not get a refund, or just reschedule for next day? Surely something I am missing in details here :D
Yes, I was re-booked on the flight the next night. They gave us a meal voucher during the first of the two hour delay's. It was a major inconvenience and I missed several meetings because of the cancellation, one of which was with a potential customer. I figured they'd kick me a couple of miles or a voucher for an upcoming flight, based on what I read about some folks getting as compensation. |

+1 Though, I must admit watching the area of Pebble Beach makes me want to go back. I love that area of CA. That's the only reason I have been checking in on the tournament. Otherwise... I agree.

I've watched World Cup, NASCAR, and golf on television thus far today (even listened to one of those on the radio).

If you've listened to NASCRAP or golf on the radio, you should be banished from the 'Box. The World Cup... I would listen in, only if the USA was playing. How can people listen to auto racing on the radio?!?:confused::rolleyes::rolleyes: Ditto w/ golf.:confused::rolleyes::confused:
It took me 5 min to figure out they were doing barrel racing. I was so tired the gut wrenching laughing was keeping me awake listening in on that! She was doing more cheering with a mic than radio announcing, and it just resulted in laughter from me. It was good home was only 30 min out or I'd have died laughing. |
