So I told the fiancee that I would be interested in getting an iPad, since she is dissatisfied with her netbook. I could go to an iPad and she could take my laptop.
She goes into the other room and draws an I on a pad. And not the paper kind of pad. FML. |

There was a full jazz band, including two double bass cellos checking-in in front of me.

Strike is old school, the new expression in France is "social movement". I support the social movement of the French players. Yes, let them keep socially moving out the way so that the USA will win the World Cup.

Today's big decision: do I buy 21 Grams for my iPod? I've seen it a dozen or so times and think it's an incredible film.

My Facebook status today:
"CONGRATULATIONS to United Airlines for launching it's first ever service to Africa! The people of Africa deserve strong, reliable nonstop air links to the United States, and Africans will no longer be exploited in the development of those links by Delta Air Lines. Today, I wear United's future logo as an expression of support, and I look forward to Continental beginning service to Lagos, Nigeria, next year." |
Although I've worked out 6 days in a row, I packed gym clothes for my Hyatt trip. Don't want to be accused of emulating the French.

Posted in UAUA-land:
"The UA FTers have generally been 100% wrong on all CHANGE seen at their preferred airline from mid-2009 to date. They told me United would *never* implement unlimited upgrades for all elites, and would never seek to introduce reciprocal upgrades/E+ access with Continental. But when the rubber met the road, CHANGE arrived, and the naysayers lost all credibility. The CHANGE to United is nothing to fear. If you are in doubt, listen to people with working crystal balls. That is all." |
Off to BNA. Catch you all later.

I guess US isn't overselling their flights today.
