Yes, but domestic flight prices around X-Mas, regardless of destination, are rarely cheap.

That's why I travel on x-mas day.@:-)

I suspect I will end up paying more for my one-way MIA/FLL/PBI-IAH/HOU on the return in January.

I'm not willing to risk a misconnect to SFO-LIM, which leaves around Noon.

I think $150a/i for a one-way nonstop to the Bay Area for one of the busiest travel times of the year is decent.

Indeed. ^

I love flying home from Florida on Christmas morning. I miss out on family breakfast, but if I fly CO I get upgrades on space-available every time.

Off to work, Box. I trust I will be posting soon enough unless I get pulled into a meeting about the shenanigans I discovered.

I don't find three drinks too much; just too much on the middle. Get the tray table for three.

Anyone want to join me for Silver Dollar City? Apparently, since I am not going and listening to 6 brothers sing (which really, really sounded exciting to me:rolleyes:), I am in charge of taking all of the under 18s (since they all have enough taste to pass on the 6 brothers). I don't believe Silver Dollar City sells alcohol. I made need some tips from sbm12 for stealth drinking. Must find xanax.

We travel either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. It's quiet, upgrades clear, and usually it's much cheaper. That and Plus1 always has to work up until then.

Ya just can't make this stuff headline of the morning:

Exxon, BP CEOs: It Was 'Embarrassment' To Include Walruses In Gulf Response Plan.

Made it back home. I would so much rather go take a nap than open my work laptops right now. :(

baglady Jun 15, 2010 11:44 am

Off to the pool. Appears my quiet time is over. No wireless in the rooms, I forgot my cell card, and have to go to the clubhouse to use wireless or a computer.

ALCO, you couldn't build AA domestic segments into that BA/LAN reward? Or, were you trying to get some sort of open jaw on purpose that WNP with the reward?

Who said debit? I had a Visa from WaMu before they went , and the same account number now adorns a Chase-branded card.

Then apply for a new card and get the bonus rather than converting and not getting said bonus.

Things that make me embarrassed to be an American...

listening to the ESPN people talk about the world cup. I mean, people are tuning in to watch Brazil play futbol and if they change the channel too early they get to hear this profound
