BTW, thanx for ride from Do to Hyatt. I really appreciate all of the various drivers who made it possible for me not to need to rent or drive a car.

Driving's not so bad in NJ. And even though I flew into / from PHL, I only paid one toll the entire weekend ($4 at the Betsy Ross Bridge going from Saturday's hotel in Mt. Laurel, NJ to PHL).

Tuna macaroni salad done very simply (tuna, pasta, mayo, celery, onion, spices) might as well be sold in stores as Copa Kryptonite.

The only tuna macaroni I make is:

A. Macaroni and cheese
B. Tuna

QED.

I wanted to back up over the tire puncturing stuff when I saw the first one and give the car back. Amazing what people drive when they don't have inspection laws like NY:eek:

I read all the non-seafood posts today and would put me squarely in that category but I've recently tried some and a few things are pretty good. But Tuna - that canned variety makes me gag.:(

Never used it and did not know even what it looked like until I consulted Teh Wiki just now. More proof that despite living less than 60 miles from where I grew up that I am a transplant.

Anything in oil makes me gag, and I get the pouches (after coupons) for far less than the cans.

I would imagine that mac and cheese with tuna and bacon would be quite good.

I find it strange that in such a well-traveled and diverse group as Teh Box that tuna creates such a stink.

I'm pretty sure that is the same bridge the train from NJ I took got stuck on. It hangs over the water and the entire bridge is covered in rust. It also passes Camden Cty which is --very:(:(:(

Was my fourth bridge crossing but only second toll - only pay toll from NJ heading west to PA (of course). Steph3n and I also crossed this bridge during Central NJ Mini Do.
