The Ben Franklin carries PATCO trains and dumps into NJ right in front of Cooper Hospital in Camden, better known as one of the roughest neighborhoods pretty much on the East Coast.

Yes it was PATCO. My bro lives walking distance from one of the stations (not near Camden) or I park in Woodcrest EZ off 295. I do not like driving in Philly:td:

Woodcrest Station is ~3 miles from me. Driving in Philly is indicative of its residents: masochistic and strange.

Not true for all the tolls at the PA/NJ border. The tolls are located in PA on the Walt Whitman bridge. Though, you still pay the toll on the way out of NJ. The joke that I learned while living there, is that you have to pay to escape from NJ.

I have driven hundreds, perhaps thousands of miles, within the Philadelphia city limit. I know of which you speak. Sad, but true.
