Yeah, we usually tune into WINS and WCBS around exit 9. (If we are going to the UWS, we usually wait until exit 12 to make the call between GWB and Lincoln Tunnel.)

Other than the 1700 (or whatever) mile rule for hot meals, US F is fine IME.

The only reason to prefer CO Y to US F is if you must absolutely have IFE or in-seat power. It can be difficult to open a laptop in US F, but the same is true of CO Y. The food is OK IME, and the booze is free.

It's OK, if you don't mind seat pitch that's often less than UA E+.

The seat pitch is the same or greater, but the seats are thicker and, when HP reconfigured the US East F cabin and shrunk the pitch, they kept the same recline, so the pitch seems smaller.

Good evening, Box. Looks like good things happened today.

Congratulations, too!

It's with current employer... just as an attorney, assuming licensure.

Fantastic -- Congratulations!

Keep US F, but verify with them that your ticket is ok.

Enjoy the new flight. US F isn't that bad in most cases.

Flown envoy before, would do it again

Switched me from LGA-IAH-MSY-IAH-LGA to EWR-IAH-MSY-CLT-EWR all in F. As it stands, will get F on 762 which is a new type for me.

F on a US 762 includes the lie-flat-at-an-angle 762 Envoy seat (though not the Envoy service). CLT is probably the easiest US hub to navigate.

Tee'ing up a mis-connect at the hublette. Anyone around?

Whatever it is, it is not comfortable, and a pretty sorry excuse for leg space in the first class cabin. When I can't open my laptop, which isn't a very large one, in US F with the person in front of me reclined, it's a problem.

Based on that routing, it looks like the 762 is probably on EWR-IAH, which would be a CO 762, not a US 762. Of course that means the old-style CO BusinessFirst seat, which isn't a bad ride at all, especially for a domestic flight.

Client let us go early today. Not going to complain about getting back to the hotel nearly 90 minutes early.

My second summer class started Monday and there's already a student saying "if I don't buy a book until Week 4 (of a shortened summer semester), will I do well on the early assignments / exams?"

D'oh. I read "PHL" for "EWR".
