SO. JEALOUS.

I believe I have had 5 mainline CO flights since the end of October. 1 in F.

(okay, there has been a handful of UA in there, including some F and p.s. C, but overall I'd say I'm running about 2/3 RJs these days)

Resolved. Apparently the old person that ran the office left and never bothered to let the new person know that we switched the date. That was only a minor spike in both of our blood pressure.

Web help desk fail. Over 45 minutes on hold, and they can't fix the out-of-sync EUA. Told that my only option is to bring it to the attention of people at the airport.

Call reservations and ask them to split the segments. Repeatedly until someone agrees.

Nein.

Awesome first goal for World Cup action. Beautiful placement into the top corner.

My one Saab segment was ACY-BWI in 2002. Had to position to pick up the troop charter from BWI-Middle East.

No Saabs for me yet. I'll get my fill in Scotland later this month; I believe I have 3 segments in a week, with a few BN Islander or Twin Otters mixed in for good measure. :D

Once I basically stopped connecting in/going to CLE somewhat regularly, the RJ flying dropped off completely.

I actually like the Saabs, but for the uncomfortable seating configurations used by some carriers.

I just found out from my co-worker that was just promoted to a partner that the head boss was questioning her about my weekend travel and concerned that I was taking too many days off (W.T.F.?? I take 10-15 days off a year) and was coming back jet lagged and not performing well. Luckily she said she stood up for me and said that she has never noticed any thing - which is true as I rarely stay any where long enough to get jet lag nor do I take red eye flights and come directly into work. He is the one we should be concerned about. He takes at least 5 months of vacation a year...

I guess I'm really going to have to keep my personal flying on the dl and when asked (by him) I'll make up a smart ... remark.

CO might as well just get an ICC. Their phone agents are some of the most poorly trained of any airline I've dealt with.

Is there any way to stay airside for a transfer between the CO and AS terminals in ANC?

They are in the same terminal, just different piers, all behind security.

GA decided to gate check all bags right as I boarded. There was space for my rollaboard on tj overhead.

My faith is now in the hands of the phx rampers.

I've honestly had minimal issues with them despite one or two extraordinary fails (the "we'll just keep him on hold until he hangs up" blunder being the most notable).

Has anyone else noticed that in the past week or two they've been excessively thanking you for being "one of their most valuable customers?"

The not picking up the phone nonsense has to stop. I'm also on day 10ish of not hearing back from contacting CO regarding a flight. That's a pretty big fail in my book.
