Haddon Heights PD harassed our moving truck for parking on the wrong side of the street...this despite that we live across the street from the Chief.

Good idea. I shall do the same. Actually, sticking to grapefruit would probably be the smartest thing to do. :p

When I moved downstate my (company paid for, thankfully) moving truck lost traction on some ice, slid into a parked car knocking it down a hill and narrowly avoided hitting the the building I was moving into.

Switching some honeymoon nights around. Called Hyatt, got through to a wonderfully competent agent who handled my requested with ease.

On the phone now with the Hilton "diamond desk" agent who has now thoroughly screwed up my Maldives stay. She had to transfer me to her supervisor because she didn't even understand how the Hilton program works.

Looks like I'm going to squeeze out one more night at a Hilton between now and the end of June for one last Q3FN (free night) so I can get another 50,000 HHonors points placed back in my account.

It'll be worth one last bit of pain.
