Continental:
18,487 EQMs
10 EQPs

SPG:
4 Stays

I've got ~6,000 EQMs with CO this weekend which would be right at 25k EQMs, which is what I am going for each quarter.

Congrats to ssullivan and partner. DC is a wonderful city. I lived there for 16 years and if you need any info / advice, let me know. Although I'm sure CO 1E might have more up to date info than me. But, the offer is there.

My fiancee is not opposed to a bike, but I am opposed to the notion of a seasonal toy in the Northeast. Same reason I could never bring myself to pull the trigger on a jetski.

This was my ill-advised purchase:

Not only was it too expensive, but it was WAY too much bike. The thing jumped out of my hand when I let the clutch out. Low-end torque was not kind to a beginner. :o

CO has some Z fares published on SFO-MGA, too, but I am struggling to find inventory that works within the rules. Gonna keep digging, though.

I like to keep you guys on your toes. :)

I forgot about the 10% AA promo - found a SFO-JFK-MIA-MGA-MIA-JFK-SF0 all in business and first - will be $730 AI. End result will be about 42K if I do it. Have held a same day turn but methinks I would like to explore MGA a bit.

I don't get that whole YQ thing...

YQ, otherwise known as "how we pay for the fuel to get you there since we're the idiots that sold you the ticket at orders of magnitude below real cost".

Big news. We're moving. Job offer happened this morning, which we expected. Final details to be worked out, but sometime between now and June 1 we've got to get to the DC area, and we've got a vacation taking up half of that time.

Tonight I get to enjoy what may be my last evening of sanity for the next 3-4 weeks by having dinner with my sisters in Houston. After that, what little time I have at home will likely be consumed by preparing for the big move, selling a car, and finding someone to rent our condo.

This is going to be fun. I'm very excited, but life is going to be crazy for a while.

Congrats and good luck!

AA.com. For now June 11-12 with a 1.5 hr turn in MGA. Probably going to look for a day or two stay the following week though.

I got the CO fare down to $600 but with the limited routing (no EWR :() it isn't a very good deal.

Fixed the URL - I've looked at a number of Boulevards over the years (last 5) but my first bike was "just" a 750 V-Twin.

I'm thinking that if we do end up getting a bike, it'll be something both of us can handle. Off the top of my head without any (current) research to back the assertion, I've always thought the Honda Shadow was a good pick.
