aaaaah! I remember those early mornings with infants and toddlers. Little sleep.
Now, it's MRs that give me little sleep!!:D But, cherish those moments with your bambinos..... they really do disappear so quickly and there is nothing so heavenly as snuggling down with your little ones, cuddling and being warm and cozy together. :) |
We have teh wind a-blowin' which is really cooling it down despite the sun.

I am sitting in the RCC at Terminal D. It's a lovely day by the look of it. Am waiting for Mr.Brit and the girls to pick me up and then we're off to DC for the rest of the weekend. Staying at Grand Hyatt tonight. |

Just sent an email to CoInsider telling him how helpful Mrs. XXXX was this morning and how she helped me re-instate two MR segments.
It was a weird itinerary - two separate confirmation numbers. SMF-MEM return was nested (not technically, but sort of) inside a PHL-SMF MR, and I missed a segment out of each due to the cancellation of my MEM-IAH flight that would have connected to IAH-SMF, and then connected to SMF-IAH on other itinerary. I Several agents I talked to just couldn't understand what I needed, or couldn't help me, but Mrs. XXX came to the rescue. She was great, so I wanted to make sure she got kudos for being what all agents should be - helpful,friendly, knowledgable and customer oriented. |
