I am very glad to see that PEK has has lie flats for the last week, while I know they don't have that guaranteed, it seems they must be making it a bit of a priority.

just got off the phone with OP elite agent. After several attempts to fnd an agent who (a) understood the concept of MRs and (b) understood why my PNR records were all wobbly-bonkers, finally found the wonderful Mrs. XXXXX. She was amazing. Took 45 minutes to get me all sorted out, but she managed it. Missing segments reinstated for 6/18 - IAH-SMF on one confirmation and SMF-IAH on another. Am tacking the run onto the end of my IAH-ANC run ....absolute glutton for punishment!

Currently waiting for her to fall asleep so I can work on clearing out our former home office room (next to hers) so we can convert it into nursery #2. She is currently kicking her crib. |
