I don't normally stay up so late. Given a good reason to I will, but normally I really like sleeping. And my wife gets up at 6am so sleep in the morning isn't so much. |

Had a real estate broker over this evening. Looks like we're going to try to sell the place. Seems the market in Manhattan has recovered nicely from the :rolleyes: that it was experiencing last year this time.
Now we have to decide if we want to buy a building with a couple rental units in a less desirable neighborhood or just another apartment somewhere else. |
