I have many choices that are pretty darn good with no wait - but this place is rather famous locally so even when I'm dining in I order in advance.:p

6 miles away is the closest one (Greenway Plaza). I'll have to try 'em.

Let me first say i know nothing about Russo's pizza that seems to be a chain of NY style pizza places, but the big difference in all these pizza joints other than ingredients (a bit thing) is the OVEN.

There are two coal fired pizza joints that I can find in the Houston area:

coal fired pizza + houston

put this in google and see what you get!

There is also 'brick oven pizza' which ins't always coal fired, sometimes gas, but it too is good, and way better than any of these chains bogus pizza junk.

Put this in google for that:
brick oven pizza + houston

It's a "her" and I think she was off tonight - good thing because I had to wait well after the 40 min and there were a ton of people doing the same! 4-slices down in 5 min I'm trying to stop....

The Les Mis concert is awesome... so I hope you choose that.

It reminds me of my favorite NJ story of all time - from back when I lived in NYC (1986-88).

I was on a city bus with a friend, somewhere on the east side, and we heard these women talking. They had just bought the book Les Miserables - but it had the cover from the show on the book. The one woman said to the other "Can you believe they wrote such a big book from a musical?"

My friend recommended to them that they should return to NJ immediately, and we departed the bus. :D

I will never forget their faces. LOL

What I saw was amazing but then it went into a never ending pledge break talking about how it's their highest ever show and it's from oh so long ago. Les Mis is the first West End/Broadway show I've seen and that was on the West End a few years ago.

Denial, not just another river in Egypt.

You should be happy your mascot has wings, otherwise it would be chained to a truck axle in Michael Vick's back yard.

Not an Eagles fan @:-)

Mama's?

Our local pizza places aren't the best, but they're at least the local pizza place.
