DC is his hometown, and we've got friends and family there. I think this is a great move for us, and while it means we'll have to adjust our budget, probably do a lot less personal travel the rest of the year, and spend a lot of late nights over the next few weeks working to get ready for the move, it's going to be worth it in the end.

Well, I go to HNL for the purpose of earning the miles getting there and back, not for being in HNL. It wouldn't matter to me what that destination was so long as the 2.5cpEQM number was there. But I stay the required two nights and find stuff to do while I'm there. It is certainly a gray area for me but one I don't mind being in.

BTW, be careful on the links. I got my checking statement from Chase yesterday and discovered someone else's number on the statement and getting my miles! The Chase people kept trying to get me to call CO, I was like CO has nothing to do with yall having the wrong Onepass number (which I know and use way more than my SS number!)
