Which is a big "if" depending on the UX carrier.

I'm reasonably certain that all the UX flights out of SFO are Skywest.

I would think such is preferable to Mesa or Trans States?

Hmmm. After months of sampling lots of new carriers, booked flight list looks pretty homogenous. Mostly CO, with a smattering of CM, HA, and AC. No new types planned, either.

Be careful what you 'wish' for...the same 5 y.o. son -- after getting used to BF -- was none too happy to have to fly domestic Y & complained that he didn't have enough 'leg room'!:D

An airplane powered by a twisted rubber band is preferable to Mesa.

I am under the impression that SkyWest is generally considered the best regional carrier.

One month until JJ joins :-:. Hopefully the domestic Brazilian awards I'm eyeing are still available then.

I have two new carriers, six new lines, and three new dots coming up over the next month.

By cuisine, I take it you mean "Imperial Stout?" :)

The Blackout Stout is in season, at present.

Which new carriers?

I'm looking at 11 new lines and 6 new dots on presently booked travel through EOY. My quest to obtain a WN RR Redemption before Mid-August should add to that total, once I get around to it.

And, both of those are far enough (too far, actually). CLE-BOS, especially, just sucks royally.

I take that back; only one new carrier, SQ. I have already flown LH.

Hence Duckfest. I haven't tried SQ yet, either.

For you air-geeks... the NTSB issued a final report on a DL Connection crash at CLE in 2007. A summary of the report, plus pics, is here: http://www.avherald.com/h?article=42a11528&opt=0
