I need me some of that for my trip down there next month.

Weekend rates in Houston can be cheap, especially at a non-airport location.

A few years ago I landed a $15/day rental in Houston for a weekend.

Hawaii flights booked. Still need to take care of the hotels and inter-island stuff, but we're booked for next month on IAD-LAX-HNL and KOA-LAX-IAD. Three out of four segments already upgraded; LAX-IAD is waitlisted but I anticipate it will clear given the general emptiness of the flight and that it's early on a Sunday morning. Best part is we booked it all using my 50% off certificate from UA earned during a promotion last fall. Total price for three people was less than $1200 including taxes.

I may be doing a virtual RTW trip next year :D

So I took Septembers report, cut and pasted the date an location from the template file, checked if anything changed and then copied it to a thumb drive. I then some how slightly messed up my shoulder lifting my laptop bag.

Cool on the 'short cut'!^ Sorry to hear about the shoulder situation!:(

Greetings from PSP. We had a bunch of errands to run out here today. The Coachella music festival is happening this weekend, so the area is a bit . Amusing part of day -- we were at supermarket and saw a dead ringer for mnmag. Is your evil twin here?

2) Why traveling by train to Seattle? Think how many miles you're missing out on!!!!

1: Thanks! I've missed y'all too (awwwww)

2: 40,000 Amtrak Guest Rewards Points + 10,000 OnePass Miles transfered to Amtrak = 50,000 AGR Points

50,000 AGR Points = Cross-country transportation with bedroom accommodations and all meals included for two people & a once-in-a-lifetime trip (plus, we're flying CO home).

Seems like a good vacation experience to me! :D

Aleve is my current friend.

More light bulb saga. Three lights have gone on me tongiht. One is a new one so I suspect there is something bad with the fixture. The other two are in the living room. Of course none of them are Type A lamps.
