I was just thinking - if I get the Priority Club "Luckiest Loser" points, I'll have seven nights in my Priority Club account (and renew Gold status) without ever having a points stay (have always done miles).

How are you going to get that? I haz dem points already. Are the awarding w winners?

Sorry about the work. I have the 1,000 merely for registering but looking at all the other promos (including current multi-partner), I would fly through the 20,000 points for Gold status if I were one of the 20,000 Luckiest Losers. The additional points would make me happy - I burned some HiltonHHonors points last week merely to stage for a MR (and MEM isn't necessarily an expensive place to pay for a hotel - just too much for me to pay for a Hyatt Place or a Choice hotel under the current 8,000 point promotion).

TD Ameritrade FAIL - won't let me purchase shares of a mutual fund in my retirement account (for a fund I already own)

So, to all ya'll who will yearn for your turkey grenades and lust after a not-dog, my sincerest apologies.

And with that, I'm off to the gym.

So at work tomorrow I can say I know the person to blame for this. ;)

You also know the person to blame for US' attempt to charge for non-alcoholic beverages ;)

Maintaining a job in academia is sometimes related to actions taken 5 (or more) years ago.

I just love how much people love to complain. While it is our group collective herd mentality to go on price that brought us to here....always something to gripe about. why are people so unhappy?

I almost hate how easy it is to find reward travel inventory. I found flights in Y over and BF home on non-stops for the dates that would work should we end up in Scotland this summer. I actually am burning too many miles it seems because they make it so easy.

May this hold true for Hawaii next summer.
