\Preliminary interview went well. it is usually a phone interview but this was in person as I live in the area. Went expecting an hour but it turned into two hours. I felt it went well and has a lot of potential. The chef will be getting back to me about a group interview in the coming week. After that there is a demostration or lecture presentation. Then an offer!
