Use crescent roll dough...roll it into one big flat sheet, take your chunk of brie and whatever toppings you want* and put it in the middle of the sheet, wrap it up, and bake for about 12 minutes at 375. I suggest lining your pan with aluminum foil to minimize the cleaning of melted cheese afterwards.

* = my personal favorite is the fruit-and-nut combo, which can involve any kind of dried fruit, jam, or chopped nuts that you happen to have on hand.

IIRC, I'm 10 away. I can do 5 cheapo roundtrips between now and mid-August to get a RR ticket. I think I'll use the free ticket for somewhere that CO generally charges a fortune to get to, like PDX. I'm also enjoying getting the new lines from HOU.

I would just use WN in lieu of CO for intra-TX flights that I already plan to take. I'll get new lines ex-HOU (or other TX cities), and will only forego a few 500 mile and $5 Travel Club Credits.
