With my allegiance to SkyTeam USA, BD, and the SkyTeam USA AmEx, I'm now in a position where I can attain high-level status in two alliances for less than 100,000 BIS.

I think the mods were surprised enough that I traveled with an opened fifth in the trunk of my car, almost 800 miles from home. :D

I am trying to claim some of teh miles, which is frustrating. Dad had 310k AA miles which are so very tempting (drool).

The lovely GF* may have issues with traveling companions, although the rates sound good.

I'm confused -- your dad actually bequeathed his FF miles to his GF?! I didn't even know that was possible!

ETA: I thought you were talking about you dad's GF! (not the lovely Lisa!)

I said I would use my rates. I didn't say you weren't paying for your own suite (using one of my government rates and my upgrade) ;)

It's divine. My FT "fiancee 1" (see SkyTeam USA Lounge) pronounced it as "icky". With only 15 barrels produced per day, my home represents a not-insignificant proportion of the output. ;)

I was referring to icurhere2's offer and the lovely GF of mine whom you met.

Yes, I understood what you meant -- that's why I was confused about what Trustguy wrote!

Either it's getting late -- or I have absolutely no idea what an 'FT fiancee 1' is! Please enlighten me!
