Ortho or Labcorp?

G'day box. Fixin' to be a soggy, day on the ambulance.

But for now I'm dry and enjoying my Dunkin'.

So far today I am staying dry..... we will see how long that lasts. We had two trees fall so far. THe first tree fell on phone lines and the phone company gave an ETA of Tuesday   The other tree fell in someones yard on their Mercedes S600 and an Audi. I guess a ten car garage is not enough

The entire country of Germany is bowing their heads in a moment of silence.

Grounded for another week :( The client in FTW seems to have completely lost their mind, and other than a meeting on 3/23, they basically said "just come back sometime in May". Uggh.

That seriously impacts my mileage planning, Marriott planning... and some stuff for them too.

We're always prepared.

Ortho, most likely.

Ahh - my old stomping grounds. Definitely let me know if you end up there, I'm just about 15 minutes away.

There's a decent Marriott in Bridgewater that I'm sure would become your midweek home... :)

NWA.com wasn't great

The CO and NW systems disagreed about just how long of a flight EWR-AMS is. According to the old NWA.com, the leg was 28 miles shorter than what CO thinks it is. 28 miles short in my mind equals "you didn't get me there".

I've got the pressure behind my nose, and hoping it just stays there. Amoxcicillin flown home from Mexico usually does the trick for this sort of thing, and I popped two even before I turned the coffeepot on. Have to work 1430-0000 in this :rolleyes:storm. The garage can go suck an egg - they are not making it easy to juggle two schedules.

Morning, Box.

I should be able to get this for 35k (Y/F mix):

Sadly, DL.com doesn't seem to allow you to mix classes on a multi-city award, so I'm going to need to call them tomorrow.

That reminds me, it's extremely  that DL only gives their Plats 2 award change fee waivers a year. :td:

Hmmm... that looks really cool! I will have a similiar number of DL miles in a few months. I may need to do this for the lines!!

First of all -- I ended up missing the flt to COS & am now sitting in the IAH PC E! The flt time ended up being 15 min. earlier (I kept checking flt status, but it clearly was updated all of a sudden) & by the time I got to the gate -- the flt was full & I lost my seat! Did get the BD miles afterall, though :D

Am on standby for a 7:30a to DEN now!

Our HS is Millburn HS -- NJ Mthly ranked it #1 on 'their' list!^ It's generally always in the top 3 in the state -- in most years of rankings.

Hmmm, that makes your 10th missed flight this year?? You need to stop traveling during crazy weather!!

UGH!! I cant believe this eye infection I got. It is getting better but the whole process sucks!! I am begining to think that HR directs at Art Institutes across NA are flakes. I am working with one here and she seems similiar in responsiveness to the one in LAS I worked with.

There is a certain persona that does such, and I'd agree they work 'on their own time' and several other issues, yes a bit of a flake. I haven't worked with any extensively, but even little things they are in their own world :D

However they can be incredibly nice people and easy to work with if you can learn and understand their downfalls/habits/lateness.

Tommorrow I submit missing miles requests to CO for CM trip and COco missing segment....

Me too!!

I agree with your assesment of HR. I think also the fact she seems to take off on Friday afternoons doesn't help. At the LAS one the HR director was sleeping with the President. Not really a professional move I would think.

I'm pretty sure the same was true of my high school (traditionally one of the best in country, anyway, but I don't think it has that reputation anymore).

I thought you had waved the garage goodbye.

The rain and wind have played havoc on my efforts to get the kids out of the house today (daughter #1's weekly horseback riding has been cancelled due to soggy horses). Any ideas?
