Just an observation. Last week the aircraft bloogers were foaming with excitement about a 787 going to VCV because of the length of the flight. What gets me is another 787 was headed up to Fairbanks, AK I think the same day to do cold weather test for a day and not one mention of that longer flight.

Nah, I've been weeping for years. I volunteer with a YMCA program called Youth and Government. It's a simulation of government, including the court systems. I've been spending my evenings the past week or so grading appellate arguments written by high school kids. Some are decent. Others take the English language into realms it was never intended to go.

Really? Do you know which one went up there? None of the 4 test flight numbers show a 787 going up to FAI. It was my understanding that cold weather testing was going to take place in Bolivia later this year.

Offerings out of EWR are teh suck.

I'm not sure any of those would really grab me, but if I had to pick one, I'd go with BON. I would also avoid NAS like the plague.

There are plenty of people in the world who can't write. When I was a college professor, I taught many of them. I was lucky enough to have a very good junior high school English teacher. I had other good English/writing teachers along the way, but 8th grade English made a huge difference.

We're due for a visit to the in-laws, so I'm hoping UA has something decent in store for me tomorrow for travel next weekend. The visit to the in-laws could also potentially force me to postpone the ANC trip. :(

I didn't asked. It was a one night only trip. The people on the plane are surpised no one bloged about it. (yes they read them) Apparently there are photos of it out on the internet but I can't find any of them.
