Due to impending mileage running we are doing Valentine's Day dinner tonight. Lobster rolls, bacon-wrapped scallops and banana butterscotch pie. Two lobsters, two pounds each, freshly cooked and chunked into delicious homemade mayo & herbs for the lobster rolls and the scallops are huge but nicely wrapped in bacon now awaiting the final flash in the pan to cook up delicious.

It was pretty good but did you get to taste the Benton-Lane Oregon Pinot Noir that we got at Kroger's and downed at baglady's party? That one was superb and I suspect that you might find it if there is a Kroger's in Austin. It has a red and white label that sort of looks like a large postage stamp. |
