I had to meet one of our inbounds that ended up diverting to OAK. I thought they were joking when they told me.
That would have been a cool line to have as well: OAK-SFO. Edit: This was several years ago. Nothing was diverted into SFO today. Beautiful weather. |

Random Travel Tool project of the week mostly completed: Advanced MR Calculator. You specify crediting carrier and status and then the operating carrier and fare of the ssegments and it figures out the actual credit earned. Useful for multi-carrier MRs and for trying to decipher the myriad earning rules for carriers.
Thus far only CO earning rules - all 560+ - in there but it is built to scale nicely. I just need to get around to compiling the earning data for some other programs. |
