Why is it that my office now smells like dirty underwear and spoiled bologna?

Don’t people clean themselves or care about their personal appearance or hygiene?

True. I am quite impressed that in over 16k posts, there has not been any (to my knowledge) of that annoying back and forth posting.

Now... who can I pick a big fight with? :D

Months and months ago this was posted in a thread :
[Shameless BD Plug]
(note that the bennies quoted below apply to BD Gold status)
1. Rolling elite qualification year (not constrained by arbitrary calendar years. Qualification year resets as you reach each tier: Blue Plus, Silver, Gold).
2. Only 57,000mi to reach Gold from scratch, only 38,000mi yearly to maintain it thereafter.
3. One-way rewards, cash + miles rewards (including in premium cabins)
4. 4 Gold Upgrade Vouchers (GUVs), good for day-of-flight, space-available Economy to Premium Economy upgrade on long-hauls.
5. Revamp of long-haul cabins as of October 17, includes J cabin with 80" pitch, Y+ cabin utilizing the old cradle business seats, "restricted" to 48" pitch (most plush Y+ cabin in the sky).
6. 3x RDM & EQM bonus on all F fares, including UA/US Q-UP fares. So, when UA has Q-UPs available on routes like SFO-LAX-ORD-MIA-ORD-SAN-SFO for $780 (as they did a few months back), you can rack up 20,000 EQM & RDM in a single domestic F rountrip for about 3.9cpm. Some on the BD board even reported routings with that fare netting about 24,000mi.
7. Once you fly 55,000mi in your Gold qualifying year (and all Gold years thereafter), all flown EQM's convert to RDMs. So, in the example above, instead of a 3x bonus for a UA Q-Up, you would be netting a 6x bonus (or up to about 50,000 RDMs for a single, well-routed transcon Q-UP costing less than $800).
8. *G lounge access privileges, VS LHR Clubhouse access. I believe you also get UA RCC access on domestic U.S. itineraries with UA (not 100% sure about that one).
9. Gold Companion upgrades using GUVs from Y->Y+ on longhaul. Day-of-flight, assuming space-available.
10. Lifetime Gold after 10 years

With all the upcoming FF alliance changes I finally got off my duff after 5 years and sent in the status match materials 3 weeks ago.....today I find out that BMI will not fly direct to the USA after January 9. Today I also got an email and the status match to gold was approved, not much good that will do me now. Time to start over on planning the split with my travel. Uggg and I so looked forward to the Premium Economy product on BD.

BD was (is??) great right now for me as my secondary program for *A earning. I'll be BD Gold (*G) and CO Silver next year. And I'm already 16K into my 38K for requalification for 2010 with 11+ months to go in the earning year for only $450. But BD's program is almost certainly going to be subsumed into M+M later next year, and I know that I can't really maintain that status because I don't fly on paid premium tickets to make HON and that's all that really matters over there apparently. Of course, right around the same time that happens CO should end up in *A and I can choose that as an option, too.

Yes, I'm disappointed that I didn't get to fly BD on their ORD or LAS routes, but I'm more into it for the program and the redemption than for flying on the carrier.

That same thought crossed my mind about half an hour ago. I considered YYZ or YQB, but it's supposed to be in the low 30s up there this weekend. This seems to happen every time I'm looking for a place to go.

Yum, my favorite. For the Top Chef premiere last week I made pumpkin ravioli with marscarpone cheese with grated parm. cheese over it. For MR BL he had grilled chicken and I had a steamed artichoke; fresh crescent rolls; Peroni for him; I don't remember what bottle of Sauv. Blanc I opened for me but it was pretty darn good. I have to come up with something Top Chef worthy for this Wed. night. as it's my big cooking night in honor of the show.
