Yum, my favorite. For the Top Chef premiere last week I made pumpkin ravioli with marscarpone cheese with grated parm. cheese over it. For MR BL he had grilled chicken and I had a steamed artichoke; fresh crescent rolls; Peroni for him; I don't remember what bottle of Sauv. Blanc I opened for me but it was pretty darn good. I have to come up with something Top Chef worthy for this Wed. night. as it's my big cooking night in honor of the show.

sounds yummy ^

The main menu for my mother meeting the fiancee's parents has been decided. Despite protests from her family, my mother insisted that she do the hosting. There will be Dom and Veuve on ice, in addition to chicken saltimbocca and a shrimp and spinach aglio e olio. There are usually about six appetizers to pick from on top of having a dessert course, and that hasn't been set yet.
