There was a number to call if I need further assistance, but I'm assuming its the same number as contacting Electronic Support Services. If anyone wants to try the number I have from the email, PM me and I'll gladly send it your way- not sure if it will help, but I'll pass it along.

I'm able to view the reciept now, so for now I'm happy. I hope it gets resolved before the flight day becomes closer.
Just a quick update on this particular issue. We'll be loading some solutions in the next week (tentatively scheduled for Wed. May 16th) that should address many of the reasons why some reservations can't be retrieved online. At that time, I'll also post an update to the master list and responses your comments to date. Thanks for your patience.

Changing a ticket, attempting to read the rules and restrictions is not helpful

I was on CO.com trying to change a ticket online. After selecting a new date/flight/time it brings you to a screen that is labeled "Change Ticket Detail" which includes the the change fee and new ticket price. Below the itinerary it has an area marked "Rules and Restrictions" with several bulleted items listed with some links embedded in the text. Clicking on the links of "penalty rules" or "rules and restrictions" brings you to a very useless screen. It basically is a blank page with a back button that says "Please review the fare rules for each segment. The most restrictive set of fare rules applies to the entire itinerary." without listing any rules besides that one.

Something more intuitive on these two pages would be extremely helpful.

If it matters I was using Netscape 7.x and the itinerary was a "T" fare.

Gift Account Statement reports the incorrect Travel Time

Reviewing my Gift Account/travel rewards, the WWW page displays the correct date of the flight but displays every itinerary flight as being flown at 12:00AM.

Also I emailed customer care as there was missing account activity and even account activity awarded to me that was not my itinerary.

Dont know if it helps to track down why there is missing account activity, but I think all of the missing flights had one of the two scenarios occur:
1. I changed the flight for an earilier standby option (I almost always pay the $25 to confirm)
2. It was international travel, in the current case it involved CO flights with at least 1 connection to a partner airlines.

I cannot change seats online! I log into my onepass account, and select view/change seat.

I click the new seat I want and click CONTINUE.

It brings me back to the summary screen as if I never was at the Change seats page.

It does this for EITHER leg of my trip (leaving or returning trips).

My office buddy who's going on the same trip is able to switch seats using the same PC/browser so its MY RESERVATION thats the issue.

I had to call up and a Continental Customer Service person was able to change it for me.

This has never happened to me before.

Same here. I'm getting tired of seeing, "We were unable to review the latest information for this itinerary."

Lightbulb Include Mapping Link with Rental Car Reservations

Just made a reservation for a car via continental.com and as I'll be driving in unfamiliar territory I'll need to print out Google maps for directions.

However, the reservation page does not list the exact address of the Alamo location (yeah it is at SFO...and I have a vague idea of where SFO is, but when I leave the lot I'd like to have precise directions from that address, not the main SFO one).

Anyways, it would be most useful it CO had a link for 'type in detestation address for maps & directions' where all I'd have to do is enter where I'm going and then CO.com would automatically give me directions from the rental facility to my destination. However, should that not be possible, or at least not a high priority, it would be mighty nice if co.com included the street address of the rental facility with car rental reservations so I do not have to dig it up.

I called tech support yesterday, and got an "Oh, that should have been fixed." Great.

Finnally able to view my reservation after booking in early March! I'm Impressed. Someone at CO even promised me once that my reservation would be viewable within 24 hours. I took 24 hours plus one month..

Another thing I did notice, was that one of the legs had changed equipment from a ERJ-145 (1+2 seating) to a CRJ-200 (2+2 seating), so instead of sitting in the two-seater on the right side, we were now sitting on aisle seats on opposite sides of the aisle (We had kept our seat numbers, 6B and &C, but there was now a 6D there as well..). However, there was no big deal for me to "jump over" to 6D..

Thanks CO!...Today I finally recvd an email at the exact 24 hour mark for OLCI while returning to the USA on CO metal tomorrow (LIS-EWR-CLE). A big help when securing a spot on the FC standby list while returning from overseas.

For the past 2-4 months though using Netscape w/ INTL OLCI it still doesn't work for me (it gets stuck at the infant question for me), but using IE it does work.

Unable to book specific fare classes

With the latest updates, it appears that the ability to search for fares by specific fare class is not working. On several routes I was pricing, selecting the "lowest refundable fare" radio button caused the site to just give me the lowest, most restricted non-refundable fare. When I selected "full fare" I was shown some O and U fares, but no full Y fares. When I selected "specific fare classes" and entered "Y" I was shown the same O and U fares as before.

When searching for the same itinerary on my corporate travel agent's site, I can see full Y fares, so I know they're there. But Continental.com is suddenly not letting me see them on some routes.

Times for codeshare flights on KE over the date line do not get calculated/displayed correctly on my existing reservations.

CO6316 (LAX-ICN) has a negative travel time on my reservation, so that a whole IAH-LAX-ICN trip takes less than 5 hours. (leaves 1:30am and arrives 6:20am on the same day; both local times).

CO6311 (ICN-LAX) is in the air for 35 hours on the reservation status page, such that it arrives after the connecting flight. (leaves 7:30pm on day 1, arrives 2:30pm on day 2, both local).

CO agents see this correctly (I called because this freaked me out). This happened for two different reservations (mine and Mrs. ralfp's)

The times are shown correctly when I search for flights for a new reservation.

On the reservation page, CO6316 (KE16) turns into KE6316 after it is flown.

This happened for two different reservations (different names/accts).

We were unable to review the latest information for this itinerary

I got the dreaded ""We were unable to review the latest information for this itinerary" error today. I had booked a multiple destination trip CRP-PVD returning BOS-SAT. Actual Routing was CRP-IAH-EWR-PVD then BOS-IAH-SAT.

I Called the Elite line because, despite selecting seats when booking, was only assigned 12A on CRP-IAH ERJ. Agent said it was a known issue that CO.com reservations with an ARUNK segment (my arrival at BOS from PVD was unknown to CO) cause the error. He deleted the ARUNK segment and I could view the reservation again. Still couldn't get a seat IAH-EWR in A class because apparently only airport assignable bulkheads are available.

For some reason i've stopped getting emails when I book a reservation. I booked one this morning and haven't seen the booking email or the ticketing one. I was concenred that it may not have been ticketed, but I've been able to pull it up and confirm it was ticketed.
