Let's just hope they don't get the brilliant idea to add beef barley soup to the menu. That will make the cheese soup issues smell like roses!

not to get technical, but the soup itself smells fine, no? it's the after-effects of said soup where there are "issues," right?

It should be "flatulence" in this context. After having performed a bit of research, I am not sure when the term "flatulation" would be used appropriately (although I did find one source that referred to gas passing through the intestine as "flatulation.").

Yes. There was some audacious flatulence in BusinessFirst last week on my IAH-HNL flight.

I should note that on my return from HNL, the couple seated accross from me in BF brought their own victuals and asked the flight attendants to bring them only silverware and plates. Was that you and a companion, FCTSTY?
