Hello William,

I am hoping my schedule will permit me to attend, but it is too early to see dates for commitments I have in February.

I hope there will be room for me if I am able to join.

Thanks and regards,

Art

Thanks. I'll add you to the interested list. While there are several events which have to be capped as far as participation is concerned, I don't see turning anyone away for the entire Do.

Please count me in, for some parts of the "do", my weekend schedule dependent on another obligation currently only partially scheduled. I'll advise.

Please add me to the confirmed list for everything that I can come to as a lowly SPG Nothing. And yes, I am ashamed to admit that.

No worries. This has been added to page one.

I've also added some additional information regarding the pre-paid meal events on Saturday evening at Serranos at Symphony Square and Sunday afternoon at The Salt Lick. I anticipate that the registration page, where everyone will be able to pre-pay for charge events using their credit card or their Pay Pal account will be up and running by January 1, 2010.

William

William,
I am late to the party, but please put me in as confirmed for this do.

The chance to return to visit my alma mater and do the Hook'em Horns, plus to meet you and visit the CCC, make this trip a must for me

Thanks for organizing this do ^

No worries. I put you on the confirmed attending list and on the flying stand-by list for the CCC tour.

A question for the locals that may be of considerable interest to some of the other attendees:

I would like to take the last DL flight to ATL on Sunday currently scheduled at 355PM.

Lunch has been called 1-3PM at the Salt Lick BBQ.

How much time should I allow in order to get to AUS from the Salt Lick BBQ in time for that flight?:

A - If I take a taxi?
B - If I have a rental car?
C - If I have a ride?

I'm not sure...but I do know that the 3:55 PM flight is not the last.

I realize that limits your connection opportunities, however.
