Thanks for that. Even though I can't fully commit at this point, made the reservation to cover myself. Will let you know for sure as soon as.

We're booked at the Austin Sheraton (thanks for the special rate, William!) and are looking forward to a great time.

Also booked in 2/25 out 3/1. Thank you William for putting together what looks like it is going to be a memorable weekend.

Please add me to the Maybe column as well. We have an office in Austin and I've been meaning to go down there at some point. I don't know if I'd be around for the full weekend or just for Friday after work and Saturday.

Sadly, I'm no longer a Platinum, so I will not be eligble for the CCC tour.

Since I had my Gall Bladder removed 2 months ago...

...please mark me down (with what looks to be the rest of FT) as a definite maybe+1! By the way - the only way to fit 15 passengers in a 15 passenger van is if they are all under the age of 10. ESPECIALLY after a 'cue' fest! Go for 12 and charge more, or rent cars (I am assuming they all come equipped with UT car flags?) & caravan.

By the way - is there a limo option available for the SoCal contingent ??

LOL. Transportation and dealing with the restaurants are by far my largest headaches so far. Everything else pales in comparison as far as how hard/expensive it has been/will be to arrange.

Please put me down as definite and also waitlist me for the CCC tour. (If it matters, I should requalify for SPG Plat by the end of 2009 even without double nights, but I'm Plat anyway through the end of February 2010.) Also, I will want to participate in the van passenger transportation option.

Austin's a great place and the planned activities and arrangements sound wonderful. Thanks to boxo for alerting me to this DO at the NW farewell last weekend.

I think that you are getting carried away from the important stuff concerning your regards about the UT football team.

Remember for the majority of us UT is not important so you may want to reconsider hosting this DO.

Thumbs up to you William.
