Maybe you just haven't gotten around to updating the list yet, but we still aren't on there... Just want to make sure we aren't missed. Like I said, it sounds like a great weekend!

I'll be SPG Plat by the end of 2009, so please put me +1 down on the CCC waitlist if possible.

Please add me and a +1 to the gang, as well as to the standby list for the CCC tour. I'm somewhere between a maybe and a definite, but if I were to clear that standby list, it'd become a definite definite.

This has been updated to page one.

I'm afraid that the CCC tour is getting more and more unlikely for the later stand-bys with every passing week, but we will see.

Please add me as a probably. I have not been to Austin and this looks like a great way to be introduced to your fine city. I am only a lowly SPG Gold (thank you AMEX), so no CCC tour for me.

note the schedule change in post #1...

I've moved the Tex-Mex dinner at Serrano's to Saturday evening and the dinner at Threadgill's to Sunday evening. This will facilitate two things: 1) transportation to and from, and 2) saving us some $$.

The plan now is to meet at Serrano's Saturday night by walking the block between it and the Sheraton. Transportation will be via your Keds/Hush Puppies/Air Jordans/etc. If you are local, Serrano's does offer valet parking.

Since there will likely be fewer of us on Sunday night than Saturday night, we will meet at Threadgill's and be seated like any other patrons would be. Transportation will be on your own arrangement. Hopefully, whoever wants to attend will get there promptly enough to be seated with everyone else. There is an outdoor beer garden where we can gather before going in. Otherwise, you will have to get as close to the group as you can when you get there.

Serrano's wanted less $$ for their room space, so that is what mainly prompted this change in itinerary. More on the menu and price as they become available, but I have tentatively told them to expect as many as 80 people total. They say they can accommodate more, however. This gives us more options on the menu at Threadgill's and those of you who have been there know that this is a good thing.
