Anyone else receive this email?
"Unfortunately we need to inform you that we are unable to accommodate you at our Hilton Vienna am Stadtpark as we experienced a technical fault which affected several of our rooms. Some guests already had to be relocated to alternative hotels.
Considering your Hhonors status and your loyalty to Hilton we still want to honour your booking with us and therefore arranged room accommodation at our sister hotel, the Hilton Vienna Plaza."
But this is for Sept 16 only, not Sept 15 or Sept 17-19. They were on separate res. I asked for clarification. Very inconvenient! Diamond award booking.

Not as of now but you've certainly gotten our attention as we're staying in the same joint on a combination of paid and award stays.

edited to add: Kathy (Mrs. Fredd) just checked the Hilton site and can still book those nights online as a Diamond. The plot thickens?

Once I've determined whether I should address you as Mr. / Ms. Store, by the more familiar the, or perhaps happiness. Mrs. Fredd will handle the German du / Sie distinctions while I'll consider when and if I can call you happy.

airport day latecomers ...
hi everyone,
i received news from the organizers at OS. there won't be any exceptions regarding latecomers. anyone who is not at the meeting point at 09:15 will not be able to join the tour at a later time.
that can not be handled logistically.
