Don't be so quick to refuse our hospitality! I happen to work at the airport and am there until 2am. I'm sure a quick gathering with a fourth crazy soul can be arranged!

Humpy's Great Alaskan Alehouse in the B concourse is open until 2. I believe they still serve fresh fried halibut all the way until close. Very good stuff!

Not sure about the courtesy sign...unless you plan to tip the driver!

Just to be clear, we're talking about Saturday morning (i.e. Friday night), right? I am flying out early Sunday morning (Saturday night), so I just want to make sure we're aligned on the dates.

I'll PM you contact info...

Yes, Friday night. Which is the wee hours of Saturday morning, right? I had to think about that. Sounds good, I'll look for your PM!

Yep, that's the right day. Living here in ANC, we're used to dealing with red-eye flights and post-midnight departures, although it does get a bit confusing sometimes!

Constantly flying on redeyes tends to scramble the braincells. For evidence of this phenomenon, one needs to look no further than that group of ANC FTers.

Some would say that condition is common for people who want to live in Alaska in the first place!

Actually, upon consideration, I would not rule out that theory without some further study.

This theory must be studied up close & personal, somewhere near a wall o' wine.

Did you make it to that lunch you were looking forward to?
