Channa's coming to town this weekend - he's got a 9:55 out of IAD on Sunday night, so were were planning on getting together, most likely in the Reston Town Center area around 5-ish for dinner/drinks. Anyone interested in joining us?

I will be there and not square.

I can offer rides to/from the restaurant from the Ballston metro stop. Not trying to cut into dcgators' limo service or anything...

ok seems like enough traction here to warrant making a list and such...
  1. Channa - Never met!
  2. bhatnasx - Organizer
  3. GoingAway - can't come up with anything
  4. Pranu - bored at work
  5. chrisw - offered to provide a "hop-free" shuttle service from Ballston
  6. dcgators - resident limo monopoly owner
  7. dcgators2 - can't come up with anything
  8. headinclouds - resident public transport champion

5 PM. American Tap Room. Reston.

Its official now...up on Page 1 Too!

Thanks to Pranu's excellent bus directions, I will metro/bus out to the hinterlands one more time. Where is the place relative to the Rio Grande Cafe?

Next door to Rio Grande pretty much ... easy to find.

Do those buses run on the weekends? Chris's offer is much easier if you could coordinate schedules.

Busses run every 30 minutes, departing from W Falls Church metro at 6 and 36 minutes after the hour. I have better luck with sharing a ride home than meeting someone before hand.
