ohhh.. you are all so lucky to be meeting at a place like that... am green with envy. I've never been to Bali but just looking at the pictures, it all looks like a traveler's paradise....

As for Garuda, I haven't flown them as yet...is it worth taking the front for a 1 hour or so flight? I heard there's no wine in biz from a few friends of mine...
I honestly don't care...27th to 29th is ok with me...

I buy my tix from several TAs. Avia Tour is most convenient - the branch I deal with is located at Plaza Indonesia Level III, (021) 3192-7086.
Whether or not it is worth it highly depends on your own values.
From the food/wine perspective: NO. Lounge: NO, as I can easily get both of us into GA lounges with one of the credit cards.
Price of a D RT is approx. 2.5 times that of a discounted Y RT.
I would take the discounted Y.
Will post my final itinerary tomorrow.
Whether or not it is worth it highly depends on your own values.
